Chinese pork with pineapple


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pineapple (peeled), green peppers (in parts), flour, ground cinnamon, pork tenderloin ((approx. 250 g), in thin slices), sunflower oil, spring onion ((3 pieces) and in oblique pieces).

Directions

  1. Cut half the pineapple in length. Remove the hard core and cut the flesh into thin slices. Cut the pepper slices into slanted, diamond-shaped pieces.
  2. Mix the flour and cinnamon in a large bowl and add pepper and salt to taste. Add the pork tenderloin and cover with flour on all sides. Shake off excess flour.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the pork tenderloin for 3 min. On high heat. Take out the wok. Make the wokskenschoon, heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the pepper for 2 min. Add the pineapple and cook for 1 min. Add the spring onions and the pork tenderloin and stir fry for 1 min. Tasty with white rice and a cucumber salad with bean sprouts.
