Mix the flour with the cocoa and sugar in the mug.

Add the egg, milk and oil and stir well with a fork.

Stir in the sprinkles. The mug can be filled to a maximum of 3/4.

Put the mug with the batter for 2-3 minutes in the microwave at 900 Watt.

Remove the mug and let it simmer for 30 seconds.

Check the doneness with a skewer, it should come out dry.

Eat the cake directly from the mug or pour it.
