Preheat the oven to 160C.

Let the butter melt and beat with a mixer sugar, lime juice and rack.

Add the eggs one by one and continue to beat for a few minutes at high speed.

Beat in portions the flour through a smooth and airy batter.

Cut the apple into quarters and remove the bell house. Cut the parts into thin slices. Then cut the slices into pieces and scoop the apple through the batter.

Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake in the middle of the oven in 50-60 minutes until done and golden brown.

Check the doneness by putting a skewer in it, if it comes out clean the cake is cooked.

Allow to cool on a rack and pour the cake on a plate.

Stir the powdered sugar first with a few drops of lime juice and gradually add a little more juice until the glaze is shiny and slightly liquid.

Pour the glaze slowly over the cake and place the lime slices on it.

Let the glaze become hard.
