Chocolate cake for 2
Pie of puff pastry full of chocolate and with raspberries.
Finely chop the chocolate.
Bring the cream in a saucepan to the boil. Add the chocolate from the heat and let it melt with stirring. Allow to set at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Grease the cake molds and cover them with the puff pastry. Pierce holes with a fork.
Fry the pie crusts in approx. 20 min. Until golden brown and done. Allow to cool.
Brush each cake base with 1 tbsp jam and spread the chocolate cream over it. Garnish with the raspberries. Bon appétit! .
