Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
-
Grind the cookies in the food processor. Melt the butter and add while the engine is running. Line the bottom of the mold with baking paper and grease the edge.
-
Cover the bottom of the spring form with the cake mixture and press firmly. Bake for about 10 minutes in the oven and allow to cool. Leave the oven on.
-
Hang a bowl with the chocolate in a slightly larger pan with boiling water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Let the pieces melt (au bain-marie).
-
Mix the bananas, cream cheese and sugar in the food processor. Add the eggs one by one while the food processor is running.
-
Then add the sour cream and melted chocolate. Spoon the filling onto the cookie base and smooth the top.
-
Bake for about 1 hour in the middle of the oven. The outer edge of the cake must then be firm. The middle may still be a bit soft. Turn off the oven.
-
Allow to cool for 1 hour in the oven so that no cracks occur. Remove from the oven, cut off the edge and remove the spring form. Allow to cool completely. Yummy! .
