Chocolate ice cream with fresh mango sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (55 g), mango (in small pieces), orange (squeezed), lemon juice and chocolate ice cream (a 1 liter).

Roast the almond shavings in a dry frying pan until lightly browned on medium heat.

Leave to cool on a plate.

Puree the mango with the orange and lemon juice with the hand blender.

Divide the ice over 4 dishes or deep plates.

Pour the mango sauce around it.

Sprinkle the almonds over it..
