Chocolate mascarpone with orange
A delicious Italian recipe for chocolate mascarpone with orange.
Stir the icing sugar through the mascarpone.
Put the grated zest in the orange juice of 1 orange and leave to stand for an hour.
Use a sharp knife to cut the flesh between the membranes of the second orange.
Divide the mascarpone into two portions of 250 grams. Stir in the grated chocolate by one portion.
Beat approximately 4 tablespoons of orange juice with the marinated skins through the rest of the mascarpone to a lumpy mixture.
Divide the chocolate mascarpone over six tall glasses. Put pieces of orange here. Cover this layer with the orange mascarpone. Garnish with a leaf of mint.
