Try this chocolate mousse with mandarin
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
Squeeze the juice from the mandarins and store the peelings. Stir the mandarin juice through the chocolate and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
Beat the whipped cream with the sugar. Gently fold the chocolate mixture through the whipped cream.
Spoon the chocolate mousse into the tangerine halves and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
