Chocolate mousse with orange compote
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: hand oranges (eg orange oranges), orange, sugar, orange liqueur (liqueur) and chocolate mousse (à 500 ml).

peel oranges thickly, cut segments between the membranes. Crush the orange oranges, peel them finely. Squeezing orange. Cook gently in small pieces with orange juice, sugar and possibly orange liqueur to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for approx. 10 minutes until the mixture is syrupy. Stir frequently. Let the orange compote cool down.

Spread the chocolate mousse over six dishes or slices, create a bit of compote and serve.
