Chocolate pancakes with strawberries
Recipe of pancake batter with chocolate and spelled flour. Delicious with strawberries and almond pieces.

Sift the flour, the cocoa and the salt over a bowl and mix. Add the egg and milk and whisk with the whisk until smooth.

Heat a little butter in the frying pan and put in a ladle of batter. Turn the pan around so that the whole bottom is covered.

Fry the pancake over medium heat for 2 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and make 5 more pancakes.

Meanwhile cut the strawberries into slices. Spread the pancakes with a thin layer of chocolate spread, leaving the edges free.

Cover the strawberries, sprinkle with the almonds and roll up.
