Chop with orange gravy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid), butter, orange oranges, shoulder chops (380 g), broccoli (in florets and the stalk in slices), onion (chopped) and parsley (chopped).

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil 15 minutes in water with salt. Heat 25 g butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10 min. Until golden brown.

Meanwhile, press out 2 oranges. Clean the last orange, halve it and cut into slices. Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and cook for 12 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.

Take the pork chops out of the pan and keep warm under a lid. Fry the onion in the remaining shortening. Add the orange juice, the orange slices, parsley and pepper and salt to taste. Divide the chops over 4 plates and scoop the orange gravy with slices over it. Serve with the baked potatoes and broccoli.
