Classic chicken broth


Self-made chicken broth, winter carrot, leeks, onion, parsley, bay leaves, nutmeg and cloves.

Directions

  1. Place the chicken in a pan with the water. Bring to boil.
  2. Meanwhile cut the winter carrot and leeks into pieces.
  3. Cut the celery into pieces and cut the onion into pieces.
  4. Scoop the foam of the stock with a slotted spoon.
  5. Add the leeks, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, bay leaves, nutmeg and clove. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat.
  6. Leave the soup to cook for 3 hours without a lid and on low heat. Occasionally create the foam of the broth.
  7. Strain the broth and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bon appétit! .
