Gwyneth paltrows fried cauliflower
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: canned chickpeas (400 g, rinsed and drained and dried on a tea towel), white wine vinegar and Fresh flat parsley (finely chopped).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Put the chickpeas and cauliflower in a large frying pan with the olive oil and a good pinch of salt.

Fry them, stirring now and then, for about 45 minutes until everything is nicely browned and the cauliflower is fairly soft.

In the meantime, mix together the 2 types of mustard, vinegar and olive oil with a generous pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Hustle the mustard dressing and the parsley with the still warm vegetables. Serve warm or at room temperature.
