Paprika bread salad


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: red peppers, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, roma tomatoes (in parts), red onion (in thin rings), capers (a 100 g), bread (boule beurre), garlic (pressed ), basil ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the peppers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roast them in the oven for about 25 minutes. The sheet may become black. Put them in a plastic bag, seal and let cool. Remove the skin and seed lists and cut the flesh into pieces. Leave the oven on. Beat in a bowl 4 tbsp oil, vinegar, honey and salt to a dressing. Add the pepper, tomato, onion and capers and shovel. Leave to be covered until use.
  2. Tear the bread into pieces and put in the baking dish. Mix 2 tbsp oil with the garlic and salt to taste. Drizzle the bread and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. Spoon halfway. Let cool for 5 minutes from the oven. Mix the basil with the salad. Serve immediately.
