Bake 150 grams of smoked bacon strips slowly, let them drain on kitchen paper. Meanwhile, toast 12 white sandwiches of bread in the toaster. Spread the toast with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and fill four with bacon and iceberg lettuce and four with slices of avocado and a few strips of roasted peppers from the pot. For a vegetarian version you can replace the bacon with slices of tomato.
