Directions

  1. Brush the slices of bread thinly with mustard. Cover half of the slices with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices. Divide the slices of tomato over them and lay the other slices down with the mustard side.
  3. Bake the sandwiches in a sandwich maker, contact grill or in a hot grill pan crispy brown.
