Oriental sandwich with crab salad
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, crab (a 170 g), lime, red onion (in wafer thin rings), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), finely chopped), fresh basil ((a 15 g), chopped finely), Thai fish sauce, bread (Pain de Madeleine), mayonnaise and carrot rice.

Drain crab and possibly remove hard pieces of cartilage.

Divide crab into small pieces.

Lime clean bulbs and green skin.

Lime squeezing.

In a bowl, combine crab, lime juice, lime zest, onion rings, coriander, basil and fish sauce.

Slices of bread toasted and spread with mayonnaise.
