Directions

  1. Drain crab and possibly remove hard pieces of cartilage.
  2. Divide crab into small pieces.
  3. Lime clean bulbs and green skin.
  4. Lime squeezing.
  5. In a bowl, combine crab, lime juice, lime zest, onion rings, coriander, basil and fish sauce.
  6. Slices of bread toasted and spread with mayonnaise.
  7. carrot grater and crab salad spread over 4 slices.
