Stir in the mascarpone with some freshly ground pepper and the finely chopped dill. Season with a few drops of lemon juice and salt.

Wash a cucumber, cut it lengthwise and then peel it into thin slices with a cheese slicer. Season with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Cut a small cap off the kaiser rolls and roll out the rolls a bit.

Fill them with the mascarpone and a smoked salmon. Put the cap on it and serve it on a plate with some cucumber. Tasty with a glass of white wine or milk.
