Mussels with peppers and olives
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels (2 kg), green pepper (diced), red onion (chopped), garlic olives ((box 150 g), in slices), bay leaves and flat parsley (20 g).
Rinse the mussels in plenty of cold water.
Remove open and damaged shells.
Leave the mussels in the water.
Drain the mussels and put in a large pan with the peppers, onion, olives and bay leaves.
Cook on high heat with the lid on the pan for 5 min.
Scoop with the leaves of the parsley just before serving.
Delicious with potatoes from the oven (bag of 600 g, freezer) and a green salad..
