Directions

  1. Lay slice of cheese on slice of bread.
  2. Banana cut into slices at an angle.
  3. Banana on cheese and sprinkle with pinch of cayenne pepper.
  4. Place the ham on the banana and cover with another slice of bread.
  5. Press firmly.
  6. Melt butter in non-stick frying pan with non-stick coating.
  7. Place the tosti in it and cover with a lid on medium heat until golden brown in 5 minutes.
  8. Halfway with the lid or skimmer, carefully turn..
