Bruschetta with grilled zucchini
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: zucchini (short and broad), olive oil, lemon juice, Pain (mediterrannee, roasted) and mini-mozzarella.

Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Cut the zucchini in thin slices lengthwise, brush with oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Spread them out on the baking sheet. Slide the baking sheet 10 cm under the grill and grill the slices on each side for 2 minutes. Put them on a plate.

Place the slices of bread on the baking sheet and spread the slices of courgette over them. Place 3 rolls of roll mozzarella on each sandwich. Slide the baking sheet 10 cm under the grill and let the cheese melt in about 3 minutes and turn golden brown. Grind generously pepper over the bruschette.
