Spanish club sandwich with chorizo and omelet
A tasty Spanish recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, seedless black olives (in rings), olive oil, bread (Goois zonnepitbrood), garlic mayonnaise, lamb's lettuce (a 75 g), chorizo sausage and roasted red peppers (from pot).

In the bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper and olives.

Heat oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Pour in the egg mixture and bake until thin on a medium heat.

As soon as the bottom is golden brown, let the omelette glide on the plate and cut it in four.

Meanwhile, toast bread in toaster.

Slices smear with garlic mayonnaise.

Place 4 lettuce slices of bread omelette and small tuft of lamb's lettuce.

Cover with a slice of bread.

Spread chorizo, roasted peppers and small tuft of lamb's lettuce.

Cover with third layer of bread with smeared side down.

Lightly press on sandwiches and cut diagonally in half.

Secure with satay sticks..
