Toasted bread with mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: sliced sandwiches (eg Burgundian pumpkin or dark multigrain), olive oil, coarse sea salt, friszure apple (Granny Smith or goudreinet), mushroom melange (in coarse bars), garlic (finely chopped), Japanese soy sauce and fresh parsley (chopped).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Drizzle the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Fry the bread on a rack in 10 minutes brown and crispy.

Allow to cool down.

Peel the apple and remove the core.

Cut it into thin slices and then into matchsticks.
