A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: whipped cream (250 ml), vegetable stock tablet, coarse mustard (spicy (jar 275 g)), chives ((a 25 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Put the whipped cream in a saucepan together with the ½ bouillon tablet. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add the mustard and warm for 3 minutes. Stir in the chives and serve. Delicious with pork steaks or roulade with baked potatoes.
  3. You can prepare the coarse mustard cream sauce 1 day in advance. Heat the sauce just before serving in a saucepan while stirring over low heat in 5 minutes.
