Coconut macaroons with lemon

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Beat 4 proteins with a pinch of salt.

Whisk together 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of grated coconut and a pinch of lemon zest until everything is mixed well.

Using a tablespoon, spoon small heaps of coconut batter with some space on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake the coconut macaroons in the oven in about 10 minutes until tender and light brown.
