Coconut rice with cinnamon
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: coconut milk (400 ml, pure and fair fair trade), milk, dessert rice (a 400 g), fresh dates (without pit (250 g bake)) and ground cinnamon.

Bring the coconut milk, milk and rice in a pan to the boil on the smallest kernel.

Then turn down the heat (use a flame distributor if necessary) and let the lid cook gently for about 15 minutes until the rice is cooked.

Cut the dates in half lengthwise.

Mix in a bowl with the cinnamon.

Divide the coconut rice over 4 bowls or deep plates and sprinkle with the dates..
