Directions

  1. Limeschil grating and lime squeezing.
  2. Mix coconut milk in mixing cup with half limerasp, lime juice and syrup.
  3. If necessary, beat the foam with a blender.
  4. Let cold in refrigerator (minimum 30 min.).
  5. Just before serving serve coconut soup in 4 deep plates, salad in the middle and sprinkle with rest limerasp..
