Mini cocos berry trifles
Trifles with coconut macaroons, blueberries, blueberry jam, whipped cream and crème fraîche.

Put the blueberries and blueberry jam in a tall container and briefly mix with the hand blender.

Beat the whipped cream until stiff. Mix the whipped cream with the crème fraîche. Crumble the coconut macaroons over a bowl.

Spoon 1 tbsp of the cream mixture into longdrink glasses. Spread some coconut crumbs over it.

Carefully remove some berry puree and spread some berries from the other container. Make as low until all ingredients are gone.

Finish with berries. Serve with a long spoon.
