Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cod. Stir well and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

In the food processor, mix the avocado with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

Garnish the fish with a handful of lamb's lettuce and the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
