Cod dish with oatmeal crust
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (a ca. 250 g), salt and pepper, cherry tomatoes (250 g), capers (pot a 100 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), lemon, oatmeal (pack a 500 g), olive oil and ciabatta bake bread (250 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4.

Place the cod fillet in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
