Gnocchi with homemade meatballs and mushrooms


Dish with minced meat, panko, egg, oregano, gnocchi, onions, mushrooms, cream cheese and spinach.

Directions

  1. Ris the leaves of the oregano sprigs and cut finely.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix in the panko, milk, egg and oregano. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Turn 16 balls of it with moist hands. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the balls in 6 min. Brown.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the gnocchi in a dark brown and crispy layer for 12 min. Change regularly.
  5. Meanwhile, clean the onions and cut them. Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into quarters.
  6. Add the onion and mushrooms to the balls and cook for another 4 minutes. Add the cream cheese and fried gnocchi and heat for another 3 minutes.
  7. Let the spinach in the pan of the gnocchi in parts shrink. Drain the spinach in a colander and pour just before serving through the gnocchi and meatballs.
