Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the apples horizontally in half and use an apple drill to cut out the cores from all parts.

Place all half apples in a greased oven dish. Heat the oil and fry the shallot in a couple of minutes.

Fill all half apples with some of the minced meat filling and pour a small glass of water into the baking dish.

Cover the apples with aluminum foil and bake them in about 40 minutes.
