Colorful vegetable tortillas with minced meat
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red peppers, sunflower oil, ground beef (about 400 g), burrito seasoning mix (40 g), corn kernels (300 g), ready-to-cook spinach (300 g), wrapt tortillas (280 g) and wrap sauce (a 200 ml).

Clean peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan and minced beef in 3 min.

Add pepper and fry for 3 minutes.

Mix and add 250 ml of water.

Bring to the boil and allow to thicken for 10 minutes on low heat.

Drain and add corn.

Add spinach and roast for 2 minutes on fire.

Warm the tortillas according to the instructions, fill with minced meat mixture and fold them together.

Serve tortillas with sauce.
