Cod with provençal vegetables and potato-garlic puree
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, sliced mushrooms (125 g), garlic (pressed), yellow pepper (in strips), Provençal stir-fry mix (400 g), dried Provençal herbs, cod fillet (in 4 pieces) and mashed potato à la minute (180 g).

Heat 1 oil in woks and cook mushrooms with half of garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the pepper and vegetable mix and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are al dente.

Season with Provencal herbs, salt and pepper.

Spread cod fillet with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp flour.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry about 4 minutes on each side.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Stir in the remaining oil and garlic.

Divide fish over four plates, create vegetables and mashed potatoes next to it..
