Directions

  1. Drizzle the seafood with lemon juice and leave to soak. Then pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle al dente for 6 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring and add the seafood. Fry the fish for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato cubes, shallots, garlic, Italian herbs and salt to taste and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooking cream or crème fraîche and heat for a short while without cooking.
