Drizzle the seafood with lemon juice and leave to soak. Then pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente for 6 minutes.

Heat the oil in a stirring and add the seafood. Fry the fish for 2 minutes.

Add the tomato cubes, shallots, garlic, Italian herbs and salt to taste and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
