- 50 g dark chocolate in small pieces
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 35 ml freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur liquor
Mix in flour and caster sugar. With two knives, cut 125 g butter through flour, add 1 egg and 1-2 tbsp ice cold water. Fully knead into soft dough with a cool hand. Or mix in flour, caster sugar, 125 g butter, 1 egg with pulse button into a crumbly dough. Then add 1-2 ounces of ice cold water and mix briefly. Pour the dough into plastic wrap and let it rest in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Pour dough onto floured countertop until round piece, 4 cm larger than shape. Fill the coated mold with dough.
