Cookie plum crumble cake
Preheat the oven to 160ºC and grease the oven dish or tart mold.
Beat the butter with the bastard sugar smooth and creamy in a few minutes using a mixer.
Add the vanilla, the lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
Beat the eggs one by one.
Add the flour in portions and whip the batter in a few minutes.
Pollinate the shape with flour and pour in the batter.
Shake with the shape so that the batter is well distributed.
Place the plums with the cutting edge upwards on the batter.
Moisten the macaroons with some water or liqueur and sprinkle the plums with them.
Bake the cake in the middle of the oven in about 50 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Allow to cool to lukewarm and cut into pieces.
Spray with powdered sugar.
