Make a filling of the soft butter, cream or milk, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add the icing sugar to the butter mixture. Make sure that the icing sugar is properly absorbed.

Transfer the filling to a piping bag. Spray the filling generously on a cookie, put another cookie on it and press the 2 cakes together. Repeat with all cookies.

Fill a plate with colored sprinkles and roll the cookies with the side through. On the top cookies, spray 2 dots with the filling and stick colored chocolate candies as eyes.
