A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: kiwifruit, fresh orange-kiwi juice (fridge), white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, nectarines, sour cream (125 ml sour cream) and ice cubes.

Peel the kiwis and mash them with the orange kiwi juice and 3 tablespoons of caster sugar in the food processor. Put a sieve on a tray. Pour the juice through the sieve and put the fruit-soup bowl in the refrigerator.

Stir in a bowl 1 tablespoon of caster sugar and the vanilla sugar through the sour cream. Peel the nectarines and cut them into segments.

Put the ice cubes in the plastic bag, close it and roll the lumps with the rolling pin to grit.

Remove the fruit soup from the refrigerator and distribute it over four deep plates. Stir in the ice grit. Spoon a tablespoon of sour cream in the middle of each plate and draw stripes with a fork. Divide the segments of nectarines over the plates.
