Coriander-lime butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lime (cleaned), butter (at room temperature), fresh coriander (finely chopped), chilli pepper from the mill and sea salt (coarse).

Peel the lime and grate fruit.

In bowl, stir in butter until soft cream.

Season the lime zest, coriander and to taste lime juice, chilli pepper and sea salt.

Make butter on piece of aluminum foil and roll into a roll using foil.

Fold aluminum foil and allow butter to set in the refrigerator for approx.

45 minutes.

Cut the butter into slices and melt on a hot dish.

Nice with salmon, fish skewers, turkey à la minute and pork schnitzels..
