Corn-pepper cheese biscuit with salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pancake mix natural (100 g), semi-skimmed milk, corn granules ((a 198 g package 3 pieces), drained), red pepper (in pieces), salsa mild (300 g) and butter.

Prepare the pancake mix with the milk according to the instructions on the package.

Add the corn and peppers to the batter.

Grease a gourmet pan with butter.

Add some batter.

Turn when the batter has solidified and the underside is golden brown.

Bake for a while.

Serve the pancake with 1 tbsp salsa..
