Directions

  1. Beat the eggs and mix with the other ingredients (except powdered sugar and butter) to batter.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Spoon parts of the pancake batter with a tablespoon into the frying pan. Make about 16 pancakes.
  3. Divide the pancakes over the heated plates and sprinkle with icing sugar.
