Courgetti with curry chopped sauce

Directions

  1. Additional requirements: spiral cutter.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Peel the carrot, halve in length and cut the halves into thin slices.
  4. Fry the minced meat gently in a frying pan until some fat comes out.
  5. Turn the heat upwards and fry the minced meat while stirring.
  6. Put the onion, garlic, carrot and curry powder through and bake for two minutes.
  7. Add the tomato cubes with juice and some salt and pepper.
  8. Let the sauce simmer slowly for ten minutes.
  9. Arrange the courgettes with the spiral cutter in beautiful spaghetti ribbons.
  10. Heat the olive oil in a stirring and add the zucchini spaghetti.
  11. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
  12. Preheat the zucchini though until the ribbons soften slightly.
  13. Serve the zucchini spaghetti with the minced meat sauce.
