Cut the florets from the cauliflower and chop them into fine granules in the food processor.

Spoon the cauliflower couscous into a bowl. Grate the winter carrot with the coarse grater of the food processor and add it to the cauliflower.

Slice the leaves of the basil coarsely.

Mix the basil with the olive oil and vinegar through the salad. Season with salt and pepper and serve on a plate. Bon appétit! .
