Vega burger with hummus


A tasty american recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: bread ((pain rustique), uncut), olive oil, garlic, vegetarian hamburgers (a 2 pieces), houmous (bowl 200 g), young leaf lettuce with baby spinach (80 g), spring onion ((3 pieces) and in thin rings).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut the caps of the bread, these are not used. Cut the bread into 8 slices. Drizzle on both sides with 4 tbsp oil. Grate for 8 minutes on a grid in the oven. Halve the garlic clove and rub the bread with it.
  2. Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue. Brush the burgers with the rest of the oil and grill them for 5 minutes. Regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, spread 4 slices of bread with the houmous and spread the leaf lettuce over it. Place 1 burger on each slice and sprinkle with the spring onions. Put the rest of the bread on it and serve. Delicious with chilimais with white cheese cubes.
