Herb salad with radish, ham and old cheese

Wash the lettuce, herbs and radishes in a container with ice cold water and dry everything afterwards.

Chop the herbs coarsely and cut the radishes into slices. Shake everything in a salad bowl.

Beat the vinegar with the mustard and honey for the dressing. Then pour in the oil while beating. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop the dressing through the salad and divide the ham, cheese and sunflower seeds. Serve immediately. Tasty with coarse brown bread or fries.
