Scoop the cranberry compote into a bowl. Sprinkle the frozen blueberries and raspberries over them and mix everything together. Let the berries and raspberries thaw in 1-2 hours.

Scoop the seeds from the pomegranate with a small spoon and remove the white pieces between the seeds.

Wash the carambola and cut 12 nice thin stars (keep the rest of the carambola for another time).

Scoop the compote just before serving and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over it.
