Scoop of sweet and sour pork tenderloin
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin (250 g), oil, paprika (mild), spring onions ((3 pieces), in slant rings), white balls (bag of 6) and piccalilly (pot of 335 g).

Cut the pork tenderloin into strips and scoop with the oil, paprika, pepper and salt.

Heat a wok without oil or butter and stir fry the meat 4 min. Add the spring onion and stir fry for 1 min.

Halve the bread rolls across. Spread each lower half of a roll with 1 tbsp of piccalilly and spread the pork tenderloin over it. Serve immediately.
