Prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the packaging with the oil.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts for 3 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.

In the meantime, cut the onion in half rings and halve the grapes.

Stir in the bulgur with a fork and mix in the onion, grapes, pine nuts and currants. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
