Couscous with meatballs and raisins
Mix the couscous, raisins and 2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl, pour in the stock and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, combine the mince with the onion, garlic, curry, salt and pepper in another bowl. Turn 8 balls of minced meat with moist hands.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs around brown.
Add the tomato cubes, honey, Italian vegetables and a good pinch of salt and simmer for about 10 minutes at medium height.
Serve the meatballs on the couscous.
